Yes we offer this scheme under Cyclescheme. To find out more information please visit our Cyclescheme page. Unfortunately we are unable to offer any additional discounts when using the Cyclescheme

We dont currently, but we are able to accept Paypal which will allow you to spread your payments with us.

We take care to make sure your new bike reaches you in factory-fresh condition. The majority of bikes will arrive 85% complete with only minor assembly required at your end.

What do I need to do when my bike arrives?

When your bike’s delivered, you’ll usually need to turn the handlebars around and attach the pedals. Simply follow the instructions and your bike will be ready to ride in minutes. For extra piece of mind we recommend visiting your local bike shop or getting in touch with us if you are unsure.

You can have the bike delivered to you FREE using our courier network or have the bike delivered, assembled and collected from our London shop.

Currently we deliver to the UK and Ireland. Please contact us to discuss any requirements outside of these regions ahead of purchasing.

Due to Covid-19 our couriers are are experiencing extremely high volumes and reduced staff that has caused delays within their network. To combat this we keep accurate descriptions of expected delivery dates within the product descriptions.

In your dispatch email you'll have your unique tracking number for your order. Please check your junk folder, if you haven't got the email.

Warranty and Returns

Each bike we sell comes with the manufacturers warranty as standard. Details of each products warranty and where to find out more are listed in the product description and information.

You have 14 days from delivery to return your bike for a full refund. Bikes and other products must be in an unused and resealable condition. Upon return we will check the bike before a refund is authorised.
